Co-founder Duuna Westlake

Duuna Westlake, born October 1965, was a loving wife of 28 years to Ty Westlake. She had 3 daughters, 23, 25, and 26, each with a son of their own. Duuna was diagnosed with Breast Cancer in August of 2004, and her battle had just begun. She followed her doctors advise with a mastectomy, radiation, and chemotherapy. It had worked. In June 2006, the whole family moved from Little Rock, Arkansas to Oklahoma. Her husband, Ty, is also a preacher and took a pastoral position in Colony, OK. With the younger 2 daughters settled in a new school things were going well. She was cancer free..for a year or so, the cancer had returned. She had found another lump, and had it removed. She underwent more extensive treatment and finally she had beat the disease yet again. She had her first grandson in February of 2008. Things were right as rain again. All of the holidays and birthdays and even a vacation or 2, the whole family was closer than ever until..her cancer returned for the final time. This time it wasn't contained to her breast. It had spread throughout her body attacking her organs and bones. Doctors say with cancer of the liver, you usually have 2 years to live. We were blessed with 4. With the loss of sight in her left eye and blurred vision in the right, she was no longer able to drive. Her youngest daughter moved in with her to help and make sure she was at every doctor's appointment and chemo treatment. She had 2 rounds of Cyberknife (extensive radiation to the brain) fore the cancer was there too. It had spread to her lungs, she never smoked, ribs, hips, but she never lost her faith. God held her hand until he called her home at 3:16 in the morning on January 31, 2013. She loved her family, God, and this company and we are running this company for her now. Everything we do, we can promise, it will be to the best of our ability. She surely wouldn't settle for less.

We are a professional business, but we wanted to share Duuna's story to explain why this company and our customers are so important to us. We had our logo remade with the Pink Ribbon "airflow effect" to keep her place in this company, and to let our customers know we have been there too. We will go that extra mile for you as well. Have a blessed day, and always cherish your loved ones.
